To start we see Tyrion win the trial by combat which is a good thing he did infact ask to be given trial by combat since Catlyns sister seemed to be going crazy and would have surly thrown him off the mountain. Ned is allowed to play the role of king and immediately abuses this power and sends the kings men onto Clegane. Ned also finds out that Joffery isnt Roberts son due to his blond hair. This means that Joffery was a by product of incest just like the Targaryans were. This could be prequel to show that later on if Joffery becomes king he could also be a "Mad King". Finally this section ends with Dany having a big feast in honor of her being pregnant, as part of this feast/ritual she has to eat a raw horse heart and hold it down without throwing up. If she can do this then the chid will be a great success otherwise the child will be a failure. She pukes in her mouth but ends up holding it all down (could be a sign about her child not being perfect?). After the cerimony everyone is happy and celebrating when Viserys comes in drunk and demands his crown. He is swinging a sword around and laughs at the Khal because he cant weild a sword in there sacred city, instead the Khal breaks Viserys arms and holds him down as he pours hot gold over his head thus killing him before they depart Dany says that he was not the blood of the dragon becaus the dragon cant be killed by heat. Lastly, when Ned found out about Joffery he first talked to Cersie, being honorable, and told her to leave the city to save her and her son's lives; she refused. Then she tells him "when you play the game of thrones you either win or you die" which means she is saying one of them is going to die and the other will hold the throne and she is betting on it being her.
