This reading seemed to be the most exciting. There is a lot of build up of tension and excitement between the families. Arya finds tunnels under the castle and overhears men talking about killing her father. Ned steps down but takes it back in the next chapter. Catelyn makes it up the hill to her sister. Tyrion is still captured and is being treated poorly by her sister. Her sister and her sister's son are both crazy, or mental. Bran stands up for Tyrion. Bran gets to go out and ride on his new horse and saddle and runs into people who have run from the wall and Wildings. I find myself enjoying the Starks family the most. I feel like I am viewing them as the good guys and wanting them to succeed. I get the vibe of honesty from this family the most, and it seems that they are trying to do the right thing most of the time. I dont feel like are looking to manipulate situations but that is because they are in power I dont know what they would do if they lost it. I am a big fan of Dany. She is a strong powerful girl at the age of only fourteen. My favorite character was Catelyn but reading her recently has kind of rubbed me the wrong way and wasnt the character she had acted in the beginning. The main questions that I have are what acts will Dany do that will impact her life and the whole book? How will she do this and how will it change things? I also am really wondering what is going on in Tyrions head? I cant predict is he good, is he bad, and what are his intentions in things? He definitely keeps me guessing and I am definitely becoming a fan of him so I hope he turns out to be good rather than poor intentions.
